Rules for submission of free papers at ISHKS 2013
- Only registered delegates can send in free papers.
- One person will be permitted to read only one free paper.
- ISHKS members will be given preference.
- Structured abstracts need to be submitted with Title, Aims, Material andMethods, Results and Conclusions; Up to three key words can be included.
- Each paper must include a clear mention of the name of the primary author, co-authors and name of the institution.
- Revealing the author's or institution anywhere in the text will automatically disqualify the abstract.
- Once abstract is accepted, additional authors cannot be added.
- All authors should submit a disclosure of any financial affiliations with the industry, which have a potential conflict of interest with the theme of the paper.
- Abstract submission can be done online. You can submit the abstracts by visiting the website: www. ishks2013.com
- The Organizing committee reserves the right to withdraw the paper at anytime.
- Certificate of presentation will be issued only to the presenting author.
- Please mention whether you would like to present as podium or poster presentation.
- Quality abstracts which have not been included in podium presentation due to time limitations may be accepted if the author wishes as e-posters.
- Papers will be subjected to a blind peer review.
- Please do not send in papers that have been presented at previous ISHKS or other meetings.
- Podium presentation: These will be presented to the assembled delegates in the conference halls. Format will be in MS Powerpoint and exclusively by LCD projection. Personal laptops are not permitted, therefore the file must be handed over to the AV room on a pen-drive or CD a day prior to the presentation. Presentations will be of 6 mins+ 2 mins discussion.
- The best 6 papers will be selected for Award session. This will consist of duration of 8 mins.
- E-Posters will be displayed at a separate designated area. The author(s) can be present to explain the same.
- Acceptance will be communicated via email by 7th April 2013
