Check-in and Check out time; early arrival and late checkout policy – Hotel check-in and checkout time is 1300 hrs and 1200 hrs respectively:
- a.) Early arrival before 1300 hrs or a late departure beyond 1200 hrs will be charged @ 50% of the offered rates
- b.) Early arrival before 7 am or late departure after 5 pm will be charged @ 100% of the offered rates
Cancellation/Amendment Terms and Conditions for the room block:
- ♦ Before 45 Days of Check-in of the Room : No refund will be made.
- 1.) Short stay resulting from late arrival or early check out will attract retention of entire duration of stay.
- 2.) No Show - Charges for the complete length of the stay will be charged for any no shows on arrival date of confirmed bookings.
- 3.) Arrival & Departure details – Your names should reach for the reservations latest 30 days prior to the first arrival to ensure smooth arrival and departure experience.
The Delegate has agreed to make payment of all taxes imposed by the government and any changes in the tax Structure due to the government policies will be applicable with immediate effect.
